This store doesn’t know how to add or remove links. I’ve been to other branches and they adjust it just fine in house on the same day. When I bought a watch here they made me wait a day for it, and when I had to adjust the other watch I bought they don’t know how to adjust it saying they need a specialist for it. Please change personal or staff who is knowledgeable asap it’s just ridiculous.
Ridiculously higher prices of watch . Better you buy from online or other places . Here i had to pay double price for my watch.

I came to this store to ask for a test on a watch I had just purchased because mine had a problem. I arrived 10 minutes before the store closed, so I asked if it was possible to wait 5 minutes because I had to collect the warranty from my car to make the exchange. the lady who runs the shop (quite old) told me ok I'll wait for you before closing. not even 5 minutes later I came back and she had closed the doors of the store I spoke to her through the blind and she told me that I wasn't nice because I didn't run away, even th... read more
