Was well looked after and made to feel very accommodated. I was gifted a watch by my team which I wanted to exchange for something else. Felt a little embarrassed about it but Giselle was super helpful and went out of her way to look at other items. In the end her supervisor helped me with a gift card until I could decide on an item. Thank you both for being so kind and happy to help.

I visited this store twice, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. The first time, I spent about 15 minutes choosing a chain. The staff member seemed impatient and unprofessional, and couldn’t even clearly tell me the length of the chain I was purchasing. I still decided to go ahead and pay, but honestly, I left feeling quite uncomfortable about the whole experience. Received the best customer service over the weekend by the lovely Cassie. She was incredibly helpful and patient while I struggled to make a decision. She also made the experience super fun. 100% recommend.
Worst customer service. Had a bad experience while buying two watches this arvo. Never coming back again
