I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should know about my experience. The quality of the dental work itself was not my primary concern. My issue was with the office's billing practices, scheduling, and the unprofessional manner in which I was treated by the front desk. For the past seven years, I have had a standing court-ordered custody schedule every Wednesday. Dr Eric and his team are so kind and helpful and trustworthy. No judgement from anyone and they want the best for the patient. I highly recommend this practice and am very glad to have found them!
Let me just say that I couldn’t be any happier that I found this family dentist in downingtown. They are helping me get new teeth. Everyone in this office is unbelievable. All of them. I can’t say one bad thing about them. Eric the dentist is amazing. Gave me 6 shots yesterday I didn’t feel any of them at all. His wife was just unbelievable during my cleaning.
