I really can't thank Dr. Eric (Jr.) and the lovely team in Downingtown enough for their kindness and professionalism. Dr. Eric went above and beyond to sort out my dental pain. He came into the office in the middle of a snowstorm to fix my cracked tooth perfectly with a 3D-printed ceramic onlay, explaining each step of the procedure along the way. I am very grateful to Dr. Eric and team and would recommend Angstadt Family Dental to anyone!
As someone that was born and raised in this area I have experienced a few different dental providers. This is by far my best experience with a provider in the Downingtown/West Chester area. From start to finish, this place operates on a foundation of professionalism and respect. Dr. Angstadt took me in as a brand-new emergency patient—on a Sunday afternoon and went above and beyond to help. He made sure I was comfortable and pain-free, taking the time to talk me through every step of the procedure. What truly impressed me was his professionalism and compassion. Even when I shared how my previous dentist had handled things, he never spoke negatively. That level of integrity and kindness is rare to find. I left feeling truly cared for.
Dr Eric is literally one of the nicest most professional, caring and knowledgeable people I have met. I sincerely can't thank him and his staff enough for making me feel completely comfortable.
