I was at the Angry Pepper last night Friday and the place was packed and waited too long for my food upon looking around I noticed a female cook coming from the kitchen looking at the seating area and laughing what kind of people does the owner hire

They say they close at 12 pm, but if you go at say 9pm, the entire staff is closing the place, not wanting you to be there, the employees just want to go home.
