Just do your own research and buy parts from parts town. You cant get taken advantage of this way. Bad company to work or do business with.

I truly appreciate their service, especially Michael (technician) and Zach (representative). I have been working through an issue with my appliance, and their support made a big difference. Their technical skill is obviously top-notch, but what I appreciated even more was how they listened carefully, understood my situation, and guided me in the best direction.
