We had an excellent experience with Angry Chef on a recent repair for our Alto-Shaam unit. Cindy took our call and was incredibly helpful, she scheduled our service right away and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and got our unit back up and running quickly. From dispatch to repair, everything was handled efficiently and with great communication.
I had an amazing experience with Angry Chef. They shipped my parts out to Colorado quickly for my American Range oven and made sure everything arrived on time. Thanks to their efficiency and great communication, I was able to cook for my entire New Year’s party without any issues! Reliable, professional, and truly customer-focused. This is the absolute best kitchen equipment service company in SoCal. Every time I have tried other companies, they either don't know how to get the job done or do it poorly. Not with Angry Chef. They're technicians are extremely knowledgeable and know how to diagnose/repair problems immediately. Our technician, Troy, was very kind and respectful. If you're a restaurant owner in LA and need any service to your equipment, definitely give them a call.
