The hike and the lake were beautiful but we had a terrible experience with the staff of the resort. A member of our group injured thier foot and were unable to walk. The owner informed me that they only used the trucks to drive people staying at the cabin and would be unable to help. We attempted to bring the injured person down but the pain was too much. Highly recommended visit when in SLT. The staff was amazing and super friendly. Even the locals were kind and cool. The upper lake is the main attraction but we ended up spending most our time at the lower lake under the shade and had the entire lake to ourselves. The experience was unforgettable. 12 bucks to park and there’s a decent hike to the lakes. The lemonade lived up to the hype. Beautiful, secluded lakes. But the drive is nerve racking as it is a one lane road with steep drop offs on both sides at one point.
