I have honestly had the worst experience of my life renting through this company! They have tried to hit me with late fees (I have never been late on my rent) they do not make sure the living conditions are safe, or respond to emails about the disgusting conditions of the unit (I have not caused the problems here what so ever) but they will send letter's out taking away all of your rights as a renter! We had hoped for a safe and healthy home, but unfortunately our experience has been very concerning. After reporting serious health and safety issues in the unit, rather than addressing the problems, promptly & Placing our family in temporary accommodations this management company issued us a notice to termination our lease agreement prior to the end date; although we still have more than six months left and have not violated any of our lease agreements. Applied for a property and it was like pulling teeth to get a response. When you first call boy do they pick up the phone but after that you calls are ignored and go to voice mail. It will take Terri days if your lucky to get back to you. Not even a courtesy call if they are not going to accept your application. This company is very unprofessional.
