When we were shown the house, someone still lived there and it was a disaster, but they said it would all be fixed up. It was not. We have 100s of photos of when we moved in of all the damages. We had so many issues the main being the heat. We asked for help with the heating unit and kept being told that they didn't know. My experience with Best Properties has been nothing but positive since they took over managing the rental I live in from another company. They respond quickly and are polite.
I have honestly had the worst experience of my life renting through this company! They have tried to hit me with late fees (I have never been late on my rent) they do not make sure the living conditions are safe, or respond to emails about the disgusting conditions of the unit (I have not caused the problems here what so ever) but they will send letter's out taking away all of your rights as a renter! They OVER charged me to move into a unit that wasn't even cleaned and the plumbing was completely messed up along with so man... read more
