We had hoped for a safe and healthy home, but unfortunately our experience has been very concerning. Applied for a property and it was like pulling teeth to get a response. When you first call boy do they pick up the phone but after that you calls are ignored and go to voice mail. It will take Terri days if your lucky to get back to you. Not even a courtesy call if they are not going to accept your application. This company is very unprofessional.
My family and i have been with best property company for over a year now I can say without a doubt they all put in quite the effort to make sure your living space is safe and healthy for your family. Any time I've ever had any issues arise they have been really good about getting to it and not only fixing it, but doing it the right way!
