I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this one is a must. I accompanied my stepdaughter for the first time to her dress fitting last week. She was so excited to finally show me the gown she picked out, until she put it on. One arm hole was tighter than the other, and other alterations were done so poorly for what she was paying, but that’s not why I’m leaving this review. This bad review is for Vicky and Vicky alone. She is extremely rude and takes no responsibility for her alterations if a bride doesn't think the alterations are flattering. She blames it on the bride herself, after the bride pays hundreds of dollars. I would give zero stars if I could.
As a bride, we deal with enough stress as is, the last thing we want/ need is someone who makes our lives harder throughout the process. Unfortunately, VICKY here will do just that. VICKY will ruin your alterations, take no responsibility, then blame you for any mistake she makes (read the negative review under Pavane and the negative reviews under Anglo Couture!!) The prices for alterations are OUTRAGEOUS and God forbid you point out a mistake she makes, she will blame you for every inch of it. I paid $600 just to take my d... read more
