GREAT - I have had a wonderful experience with Anglin Realty since I moved to Ridgewood Farm Condominiums in 2005. The board at Ridgewood is not corrupt; I served on the Board for a short time and it is a very difficult job. kudos to the current Board. - Paul
We live in a neighborhood (townhouses) in which Anglin is our HOA. Debra Anglin is the owner in which she just sits back and nods at meetings. Out properties are rarely, and I mean rarely tended to. They have started 3 projects (back in Oct) and NONE of them are finished. The dirt piles and equipment is left sitting for month's. Then we get hit with yet another assessment in which they claim to have underestimated one of the projects by $26k...I mean really??? Now yet again, another assessment. Where does OUR money go??
