Vendors, beware. These people did not keep their promises with us. Stuart Anglin, Kurt Anglin, Kyle Anglin, recently doing business as ACH 1, Inc. Under the name of ACH 1 Inc, they rented equipment from our company and paid for a number of months, albeit with repeated reminders and calls. Over time, payments became harder to get, which they blamed on the government contract they were working on being slow to pay them. Be wary of working with Anglin. They do not pay their bills nor respond to inquiries forcing contractors to file mechanic's lien against owner property. Upon receipt of notice of mechanic's lien and poor Google review, Anglin then contacts you highly upset and threatening legal action over the choices you have made to protect your interests in their project. Be wary of hiring Anglin for your project. They do not respond to inquiries, and most importantly, they do not pay their invoices forcing contractors to place mechanic's liens on properties.
