Took my dog here because of a snake bite. Was told the vet wouldn't be there until 9 but I could drop him off. So I dropped the dog off called at 10 to see if he had been seen and he hadn't. I'm sure the vet wasn't even told there was a dog there with a snake bite. Picked dog up and took to another vet where he was seen right away. One of the ladies in front very very rude. I'm sure they can find someone nicer to represent their business. Never will I take my animals there again.
I am very particular about my vet choices and I have all the trust in Angleton vet clinic. I love that they listen to me when I talk about my pets before throwing out a diagnosis. They understand that these animals are truly a family member.
We have taken our dogs & cat to AVC for almost 20 years. We rely on & trust them so much that we continue to drive there even after we moved to Alvin 11 years ago. They are awesome & care for our animals & us...
This is an edited review on 12/12/2019. The first review was high praises because for 20 years, my family and I did trust Sherry with our pets. However, 2019 has brought on a whole host of continuous issues that have since led me to seek veterinary care elsewhere. I am unsure of what brought on these changes but the reasoning doesn't really matter when 3 different pets have been affected by her and her staffs lack of attention, care, and consideration. Amazing staff and they took such great care of my 3 dogs. I am very pleased with their services.
These are the kindest and most caring people ever. I have used them for years and would recommend them above all other clinics. Dr Sherry and her staff go above and beyond to help, comfort, and console when needed. I thank them for all they do!
My aunt took her dog to get its hair groomed at this place, when she returned to pick up the dog it was unable to walk correctly. She took it to a different Veterinary and they told her that the dog needed surgery because they hurt her as they groomed its hair. Horrible place! Would not recommend .
