Total lack of competency. Went thru 9 iterations for an appraisal report in attempts to correct inaccuracies in report. Appraiser had incorrect understanding of Sugar Land zoning requirements, poor selection of sales comps, multiple multi day delays in reporting. Avoid if possible.

One star is certainly too much. Lender selected the company, so the reviews didn’t much matter. The appraisal was riddled with error; and when asked for it to be corrected, as it was causing delay with closing plans, the appraiser resorted to name calling. Even alluded to physical altercation. Wouldn’t recommend this service provider to anyone. Two thumbs down.

I think one star is too much for this company. My appraisal was terrible, I waste my money and my time. They said my house is $200.00 and compared my house with 4 houses that were sold for more than mine, but the other houses are built many years older than my house, don’t have fence, no yards or patio, cheaper remodeled, in flooded area, less square feet etc. But he thinks those houses cost more than my house. I am really disappointed, I’m not recommend. They stole my money
