Lori is a master at her craft. Holy. So talented and a color guru. I have coarse grey hair and she is the first color technician that dyed my hair and i didn’t see regrowth for over 4 weeks. So happy with the friendly service and remarkable value of good quality products. Highly recommend.

I have been to this salon many times over the years but after today, I will never go back. It was the worst experience I have ever had getting my hair done. Long story short, Jodi, who is the manager apparently, was rude and condescending, and proceeded to gaslight me at the checkout. She had messed up my highlights and told me I wouldn't be charged, then at the desk, acted like I was the one complaining and asking for a free service. I booked with this salon in hopes to have chelsey do my hair again. I was very disappointed when I asked for her that she no longer works there. So why not tell me this when I booked for HER to do my hair that she has gone somewhere else instead of wasting my time. I found out she works at Karma and I will be taking my business there from now on
