I explained to the owner Hassan I wanted the copper color gone and he suggests some colors. After the toner was put in and hair dried my hair is now copper red. Hassan saw my hair and could not say that it was nice or turned out good. All he cared about was getting his $105 for screwing up my hair. Very disappointed in his behaviour. I want my money back!
