I called to confirm appointment and they were very rude and hung up on me after telling me that it was the other location. Considering that I called the number that was in the appointment confirmation email. There was no courtesy or basic manners.
Today I walked into this salon with my mom while carrying groceries we had just bought, looking to get a haircut. Before I was even greeted or offered service, one of the staff members immediately said “No thank you” and assumed I was there selling something. I was here several years ago, and since then the quality has gone down significantly the artist who did my hair ruined it and when I came back to fix it, he just washed out the toner and it’s still patchy purple and upsetting. do not book with Mike Normally, you are supposed to walk out of the salon feeling happy and beautiful this time I was quite disappointed.
