I called to confirm appointment and they were very rude and hung up on me after telling me that it was the other location. Considering that I called the number that was in the appointment confirmation email. There was no courtesy or basic manners.
Today I walked into this salon with my mom while carrying groceries we had just bought, looking to get a haircut. Before I was even greeted or offered service, one of the staff members immediately said “No thank you” and assumed I was there selling something.
