We bought our Lowe Roughneck 2070 from them. great sales staff and a no pressure approach. treated us great from start to finish. Best part is we live 3.5 hours out and we we got there what they said would be done was done.

Poor. Bought brand new boat and on the way home we lost a cup holder plus there is also something wrong with axle on the trailer and the left tire wobbles. After call and call again finally got them to order the part to put new axle on. Now have have to make hour and half drive for them to fix it. Got told promises that never happened. Unbelievable. Only have had boat for couple months.
Service and Parts department is best in class. Been taking my boat there for several years, now I am a part of their staff. Go figure!

Brad in sales is the king of customer service. The team there has never let me down, EVER. I bought my Lowe Pontoon from them and they have never failed to impress me. Brad has even offered to go pick up my boat from the marina and take it to the shop for them to do some work on it for me. Brad thank you very much you made a bad day bearable!
