worst experience ever. when someone personally calls you and says they have a boat to rent and to make sure we are there at seven am. we were there no boat our name was crossed off and the lady at the desk clueless to make a phone call and just tried texting someone. worst experience. I could of booked somewhere else I highly recommend somewhere else here excuse was someone crossed us off and than it went to we have no one hear to come rescue us if we break down. so equipment might not be good either becareful.

As we stated on your previous review....... We are sorry that you weren’t able to rent a pontoon from us today. Unfortunately, it is store policy to provide a credit card to reserve and rent any of our rentals. Safety is our number one priority and because a credit card was not provided when you made your reservation, it was cancelled and a 2nd clerk for emergencies was not called in.

I have rented pontoons multiple times for day fishing. Fully prepped and ready. Service call needed was immediate and accommodating. Great variety & selection of supplies&tackle. "I'll be baak"...😎💀
