Bought a Nitro bass boat there. Sales and service done me right to get out the door to get fishing.
I purchased a 2018 519 ranger from the martinsville store and couldn't have been more pleased with Bryan and the guys there throughout the purchase. Fast forward a month and the ranger needed warranty work for several issue So I went to the spindale store, Some of which took them 2 times and me showing them the second time to find a simple switch panel issue and some larger problems the factory couldn't even fix. Just now leaving their dealership. Came in looking to buy a camper. Walked the lot with no help, came inside with no help, found our way to the back and walked around for about 30min with no help. We were never asked if we needed help or if they could show us anything. 15k Cash money just walked out of your dealership. Service like this makes it hard to buy local when big companies take care of you from the time you arrive.

I currently work with an older gentlemen who purchased a boat from this company. Due to several malfunctions, he has called. He continuously gets the run-around instead of an employee who can competently handle this problem. As he is not computer savvy, I have forwarded his concern. Maybe this review can be addressed , as he cannot even suffice a return phone call.
