We had a family dinner of five at Angle this past June. It was our first time at Angle (but not at the Eau), and from the minute the valet picked up our car to the minute he brought it back, it was an exceptional experience. Since it was the off-season, it was not crowded at all, which was nice. The soft piano music was a lovely touch. Beautiful hotel and beautiful restaurant. The service was excellent, and the piano player was wonderful. My only complaints were that the oysters were very gritty, and my steak, although cooked perfectly medium rare, was surprisingly tough. We had four steaks altogether, and everyone else loved their meal and the side dishes. Dinner for four, including three drinks, two coffees, four steaks, two side dishes, and oysters, came to about $1,000 with tip. We had a spectacular dinner at Angle, and a huge highlight of the evening was the phenomenal live piano performance by Chad Michael. The music added such a warm, sophisticated energy to the dining room. Chad is a true master of his craft—deeply talented, soulful, and completely in tune with the upscale, relaxed elegance of the restaurant. His playing truly elevates a great meal into an unforgettable evening out in Palm Beach."
