I decided to treat myself to a pedicure and a manicure I wanted a full set of nails and get my eyebrows done. I'm a pretty easy going person and I give a lot of Grace. I was the only person in the shop I've never had a pedicure rushed so much usually soak your feet they do one foot at a time while you soak the other foot regular stuff that happens at other shops. I travel all over the US for business. I walked in this salon without looking up reviews, etc. I now know why reviews are so important. I can say this is the worst nail salon I have ever walked in. Rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Sloppy and rude. I understand we have bad days; however, thia did not seem like a bad day. This was a business who do not know how to treat customers. I did not get a Hello, how are you, Thank you or goodbye. The fastest pedicure ever

Rude to kids , my daughter wanted a heart and said they couldn’t do it . She’s 9 she has enough of a nail to do so , never had an issue else wear . The vibe was off , not pleasant or pleased . Will not come here again . Just very rushy as well with the work .

I went to do my nails a very bad job, and I didn't really say anything because they get angry and I could charge you more for fixing the mess they do. I feel very sorry for seeing gone there

My niece treated her little girls to a spa day@ this place and the lady doing my 4yr old nieces' toes grabbed her by the arm when she fell asleep because she was afraid she was going to mess up her pedicure I guess ! What kind of adult.treats a child like that??? This is an UNPROFESSIONAL AND APPARENTLY NOT CHILD FRIENDLY place!
