Incredible staff and food
Really enjoyed our dinner here. Service was very friendly. We ordered the fried chicken + rice, soup noodle, steamed curry. All of the items were great. Point of improvement would be the boiled meats in the soup noodle tasted a bit stale. Everything else was very fresh! Glad to see a more unique restaurant in Markham! As someone who's lived in Cambodia for almost a decade and has tried all of the Cambodian restaurants that I could find in Ontario which there aren't many. This restaurant has the the most authentic flavors. The beef skewers were very tender and juicy the papaya salad was fresh, tangy and crunchy. The dry noodle with soup on the side was packed full of flavor without being overwhelming. Never try Cambodian food before so I give it a try. At first I worry about the English only menu, but the server able to use Cantonese to explain the entire menu for me and give out good recommendation. End up trying their soup noodle, freshroll and soda lime. The noodle have strong favour and with a full bowl of different meats, much better than Pho with only 1 choose of meat. We ordered spring rolls, stir fry thick noodle, fried chicken w/ chicken rice. Spring rolls was meh you can skip. Stir fry thick noodle will make me come back for sure. It was tasty. Fried chicken with chicken rice is above average. I would order it for kids but not for myself. Now here comes the highlight of the night, the fried banana with vanilla icecream.
