Renters BEWARE!!! DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT!!!!! rent from Angie's. It's the worst choice in Medicine Hat, by far. The rental I wanted to rent had an open house. 3 bedroom townhouse. Perfect for myself and my 4 kids who I had 50/50. Angie wouldn't rent that to me, as it was "too small" for my family she said. False. Instead she insisted she had the perfect house for a family of my size, a rundown 5 bedroom house that was in desperate need of repairs and upkeep. I fully recommend Angie’s Best, they are responsive to requests, and extremely personable. If you adhere to the tenant agreement, which is ultimately your responsibility, they treat you with the same respect!
