I really wish Sandy Springs will get more beauty supply stores in the area bc I’m sick of them. If you close at 7:50pm update that in google. Time and gas is too precious for y’all to be playing with.
Don't ever think that you can call ahead to have your things ready and get there before they close... 13 minutes standing there back and forth like why can't I PURCHASE my things and her response was well we close at 5:50 really, because we have to make sure we go home... Terrible customer service. I’ve been coming to this store for years, but I will never shop here again. I wanted to return a CAROTONE cream after finding out that the product is BANNED in other countries because of hazardous ingredients that may cause kidney damage, skin thinning, and other health risks. Inconsistent hours of operation. They close a 10 minutes before closing time advertised…2nd time I’ve been turned away…one time the were completely closed because of “computer issues”..thankfully there’s another beauty supply store that’s bigger in the Publix plaza behind City Barbecue
