I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a beauty supply store while visiting Angie’s in Roswell on Sunday, March 31, 2025. I have been a loyal customer of Angie’s since moving to Atlanta in 2022, spending thousands of dollars at both the Austell and Roswell locations. It was quite an uncomfortable experience the staff is so cold and unpleasant. I refuse to spend my money where it does not feel welcomed. The store is so small I kept being asked to move by staff going down the up and down the aisle and one cashier was so dismissive. I highly suggest going to Beauty Now it is not too far of a drive for truly the kindest staff and better prices. Most items were a $2 difference.

Bought hair that was opened from them and tried to return it and was told I couldn’t. I hadn’t touched it since I got it from them literally been sitting in my passenger seat for 5 days. The employees was nice about it… but I’m being faulted when this is the 2nd time it has happened to me at this location.
