Horrible customer service. Women that work there are very rude. They act like it’s a pain if a customer ask a question about a product. Also unwilling to help in the wig department. One heavy set woman acted strange and followed me and my sister around the store as we looked at hair extensions. It’s better hair stores in the area with quality products and customer service.
Tight store. Will follow you around like a thief and pretend they are stocking shelves. No longer accept the reward program.
Staff is friendly and helpful
Blow dryer broke at last min. Got here at 7:49pm and they were already locking the door not letting anyone else in. For all my last min girlies if you're trying to grab something in the hail Mary hours this isn't the place for that. You'll want to go up the street to the beauty supply at Publix where they actually stay open and accept customers til 8
I always get my supplies from here , amazing customer service and well educated staff
