2 stars because I have gotten a great haircut from them in the past. I showed the first picture to my stylist (which is a picture of me), and she confidently told me that she could do it. I trusted her, seeing as though I know nothing about hair or cutting hair. It wasn't until too late that I noticed that way too much had been removed. Second picture is what I got. I had kylie last Saturday for a haircut and beard trim and I will definitely be back! 100 percent 5 stars she absolutely killed it! It's a great environment and very friendly welcoming staff i highly recommend checking them out!
