Wagu ground beef is terrible.
I will never leave a one-star review to a mom-and-pop business out of principle, but my experience has been less than ideal. I ordered 1/4 of a beef in mid-April. Ken was busy and I was conscious not to waste his time and ordered my exact cuts from his texted options. April ended, no text or call. I texted them in Mid-May asking if they were ready, and they promptly responded that it's ready at their farm store. No communication that it was ready but no big deal. Some much to chose from and so much of a better product than you can purchase at a traditional store. Love supporting them and can't wait for the new shop to open up.
