I did not see the doctor, but have a family member who does and speaks highly of her as a clinician. This review is not for the doctor but for the rude front office staff member. Back in September 2023, I made an appointment online through Mount Sinai mychart and it did have her listed as accepting Medicaid. I received no call prior regarding insurance. great doctor, but be sure to allot an hour after your appointment time (to wait) as you will not be seen at your scheduled time.
Very clean office, did not feel rushed, all questions were answered, very nice and respectful staff. We arrived a bit early but they ended up seeing us right away. 2nd time going to the Mount Sinai office and seeing Dr Wen and I remember it being just as good of a visit last time.
Insurance and scheduling teams both super rude. Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours if you do manage to get an appointment. Dr. Wen is good, but the rest of her team is an unpleasant bunch who spend more time complaining about their jobs than doing their jobs. Stay away.
