Very clean office, did not feel rushed, all questions were answered, very nice and respectful staff. We arrived a bit early but they ended up seeing us right away. 2nd time going to the Mount Sinai office and seeing Dr Wen and I remember it being just as good of a visit last time.
Insurance and scheduling teams both super rude. Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours if you do manage to get an appointment. Dr. Wen is good, but the rest of her team is an unpleasant bunch who spend more time complaining about their jobs than doing their jobs. Stay away.
It’s truly a shame what humanity has come to. This is a kind hearted doctor who has seen my grandmother for years and has profited off the insurance and because they apparently don’t take the insurance no longer they have cancelled our appointment and would not give us one final courtesy appointment as a doctor not as an employee of Mount Sinai to leave my grandmother who has fluctuating eyes on a good note with updated prescriptions and an eye checkup to at least give us enough time for us to find a new doctor even.
