State Farm is AWFUL! I pay over $500 monthly in premiums and now State Farm doesn’t want to take care of my claim. Meanwhile, I am without my car for the holidays due to them dragging their feet. Additionally, I guess my black skin makes Kayla at Wendy Folmar’s State Farm Office in Brewton, Alabama comfortable to laugh in my face, raise her voice at me and then hang up in my face when I have questions on my policy and them not paying my insurance claims. Unprofessional. If I were a white woman, she wouldn’t have done that.
working with Nickie at Angie Lewis has put my mind at ease, I was very upset when I contacted her regarding a policy with another company had gone out of business. Nickie worked on my situation until it was resolved. She made my problem go away and I am so relieved. I really appreciated her assistance.
Highly recommend talking to Becky Johns!! She was extremely helpful with my auto and renters insurance policies! Made it super easy I just provided the info and she went right to work and had it done quickly! Look forward to working with them in the future for more policies!
