My CPAC mask broke, I tried several times to get them to renew the prescription, they expected me to go four weeks without a working CPAC mask! I asked her nurse more than once if they could review my record and help me get a new mask .. I’ve used the CPAC machine for 23 years. I never ran into any issues like this before. They refused to help a patient in need! I will no longer be needing their services! Corporate medicine at its finest! Don’t care about people!
