Dr. Olson is a fantastic physician. I use MyChart and am always impressed with the timely responses. She also takes the time to review and explains all lab results in my visits. I fully trust Dr. Olson and am so glad she is here.
I scheduled an appointment for a wellness visit, which is fully covered by my insurance, but was instead billed for a specialty visit. As a result, the hospital issued me a $900 bill for basic bloodwork. I tried to resolve the issue politely, but the office of Koren J. Blankley refused to adjust the billing codes. Love my doctor, when my Dr was out the Dr that took me was really likeable and thorough. Ive Never had any complaints
Went for a ICD unit which went fine, however I also had to do dialysis while there. My portacath wasn't operating properly. They had to basically babysit me because of it. Instead of addressing the issue and replacing the catheter they released me just so I could go back to my clinic and so they could have problems with me. The hospital, I thought, was there to address such issues. Instead the nurses at my dialysis clinic had to call the hospital and tell them that I was in need of a catheter exchange. DO NOT GO TO ANGELA HORNACK IF YOU NEED HELP. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband has had an 8mm kidney stone(way beyond a passable stone). He is not able to get an emergency urologist appointment until later in this week. This “woman” has blatantly ignored his request to refill his medicine. He has been attempting to contact her since last Wednesday. He has been out of his medication for a week. Without this medication, he is on the verge of passing out, screaming, and crying.
