I have seen Angie for years and have had nothing but a horrible experience. She uses the excuse that I am young and has done nothing but brush me off. Now I have permanent damage as a result of her negligence.

I'm a pulmonary nurse. My sister went to see this doctor. She has been sick over a month & her respiratory symptoms worsend 5 days ago.. Angie did a covid & told my sister, she will get results in 24 hours & to go home and take Tylenol. She also said my sister had no wheezing. So I advised my sister to come to Wloo urgent care at MercyOne. They did a covid test(same day) and Covid was negative, mono was negative but positive for bronchitis. Angie was great with my kids and had a good attitude. Would listen to our issues. Her staff was wonderful with my family and I will forever be grateful for that. HOWEVER. My youngest (now 4) had gone through a couple YEARS of being sick off and on, mostly with a head cold accompanied with a harsh cough that kept us up more nights than I would care to remember.
