Not clean I see bugs and some staff not caring don't act friendly. Food cold when it should be hot. They don't wear name tag. I don't know theirs name are.
Great place for my dad. The staff genuinely care for their residence.
Hallway always smelled of urine. Room was not properly cleaned. We sent money into a "resident fund". Money disappeared with no record of how it was used. Food was always cold and lacked variety and flavor. My family member's wallet with all of his identification and cell phone were stolen and never recovered. Facility is dark and dingy.
