Extremely bad service. I had a dog die of parvo, which doctor refused to do test. Dog died 3 days later. Now they refuse to see any of my other dogs a year and half later.

Dr. Angela said my dog would need to see a specialist for his issue but they recommended him being on antibiotics while waiting for the appointment with the specialist. dr.angel refused to give my dog anymore refills on antibiotics saying they won’t help after she recommended him being on antibiotics while waiting for the specialist and also he most likely would be on antibiotics for up to 6 months. I think it’s crazy a vet is refusing to give antibiotics when that was her suggestion. I have never heard of a vet clinic doing... read more
RecommendedAngel’s is the only boarding location we trust with our fur baby! Kaya is always so happy at pick up and the staff is incredible ❤️ 🐕
I have been a foster for several rescue groups for sometime now. I have never had any issues with angels and the staff have always been very friendly. Sadly, that all changed yesterday and I hope no one else has to experience the treatment I received yesterday. I brought one of my long term fur babies in for an exam due to pain in one of his legs. Angel has now a front office person that probably calls herself the office manager that is so rude and every time we call. Yes we do have a bill that we are paying on so the threat that we are lucky that she hasn’t turn us over to a collection agency is another lie. We were one of the first customers that Angel had when it was only her and one other. Hopefully this bill will be paid before I die and we will find another vet. I guess this is what happens when your business gets so big you can pick choose your customers.
I’m not one to write bad reviews. Of course I have bad experiences every now and then but I typically don’t spend time writing negative reviews. However... this morning my grandmother calls me extremely upset because the “office manager” at Angel’s Pet Hospital was extremely rude to her.
