They are really unprofessional they do not like to answer phone calls and u have to repeatly them what u need done.

The management and staff at this location is in dier straits of a complete overhaul. Maybe things have changed for the better since we terminated the contract in October, but I find that hard to believe. AOC was hired to provide 24 hr per day care for my 89 year old mother, who for the most part, has average mental faculties. Her major issue was being a "fall hazard".
