Wonderful agency!
Please do not rely on this company to take care of your family members, the office is a complete joke. The person in charge named Joanne does not know how to treat her employees. Many employees deal with not being paid on time with no explanation. This place really needs to be investigated. Horrible customer service and even worst treatment of their staff, that’s why they have a terrible ability to keep employees.
The office staff at Angels on Call are totally inept. They don't often pick up the phone, and they are rude when they do! This is totally unacceptable!
