I have been with this agency about 5 years and there has been very few issues in that time. However, I recently encountered a major issue that cost me an entire months wages, to no fault of my own! The agency did NOTHING to help me due to "their policy." The State and the Eligibility department approved payment, but "their policy" prevented me from getting paid for the work I completed that month! Tell me, who can afford to miss a month's wages in this economy?
