I would not recommend this company to anyone as a fair warning. I would let everyone know that my wife using this company as their her care company there had been multiple times when they had said that someone was going to show and the caretaker never showed. they were notified that the caretaker didn’t show. And they said they would try and find someone and they would call back. I have been with this agency about 5 years and there has been very few issues in that time. However, I recently encountered a major issue that cost me an entire months wages, to no fault of my own! The agency did NOTHING to help me due to "their policy." The State and the Eligibility department approved payment, but "their policy" prevented me from getting paid for the work I completed that month! Tell me, who can afford to miss a month's wages in this economy?
This is the Best Agency that I have ever worked for. I was able to bring my client to the agency nice and smoothly. The staff is like your family. I would recommend this agency to anyone who has a love one in need of services.
