I have used them to help me sit with my husband that was in the hospital last November 2022. It was supposed to be for 24 hours but unfortunately, it did not work out. I only used the 24 hours. I am entitled for refund for the 12 hours that I did not use. They were going to mail it to me. It is already almost March 2023 but I have not received the refund yet. I called and was told that it will be mailed to me soon. The people that work in this company cannot be trusted. They don’t honor what was agreed on.
Excellent staff
My Ex-husband is in this facility with Angels of Mercy helping take care of him. They are always so nice and will assist with anything you ask them. Michelle Pruitt is great and has always been such a nice lady and One of the helpers that assist taking care of Dan is Kenoah and he is absolutely great with Dan and so patient. Since my daughter and I live out of state, I do not know what we would do without Angels of Mercy! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!!
These are THE RUDEST PEOPLE I have ever come across . Attitudes just straight nasty and boujie ! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and save your hard earned money
