⭐️ 1 STAR My names is Trinity Lewis! This company has Terrible communication and scheduling. Nurses can call off minutes before their shifts, making it nearly impossible to find coverage. They also constantly change schedulers, so families don’t even know who to contact when problems come up. I shouldn’t have to miss work because of their staffing and communication issues. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
They provide the testing you need
I am rating the agency based on experience a couple of years ago. We attempted to hire a nurse for our very sick child. 5 months into the process and we didn’t get anywhere. The issues are poor management and communication. They kept sending nurses that didn’t seem interested in taking care of our child. I don’t think they were trying to match them to us.
