Nurses call out so much right before they shift! Which mean I’m left with covering even if i already been up all night with my child the night before due night shift nurse calling out. It’s not easy having a disabled child! Stop picking up shifts you know you don’t want to work! AOC don’t do anything about nurses calling out frequently. Its super frustrating an they never seem to find coverage last minute nor when a nurse request off weeks ahead! The company needs better communication as well!
Well, i went through training and it went very well i was able to finish everything in one day though there is an option to extend to another day. Am excited and looking forward.

I have to say Mrs. Lizzie Brown has been a great speech therapist for my daughter! She has worked wonders for my family & I. Always keeping us updated with everything, very attentive & supportive towards my child. I couldn’t be anymore thankful to have a great therapist. As a special needs momma I know it’s hard to trust any therapist for your child, but Angels of care team has definitely provided great support & assigned a great team to help my child learn & grow.
