I am rating the agency based on experience a couple of years ago. We attempted to hire a nurse for our very sick child. 5 months into the process and we didn’t get anywhere. The issues are poor management and communication. They kept sending nurses that didn’t seem interested in taking care of our child. I don’t think they were trying to match them to us. Nurses call out so much right before they shift! Which mean I’m left with covering even if i already been up all night with my child the night before due night shift nurse calling out. It’s not easy having a disabled child! Stop picking up shifts you know you don’t want to work! AOC don’t do anything about nurses calling out frequently. Its super frustrating an they never seem to find coverage last minute nor when a nurse request off weeks ahead! The company needs better communication as well!
Well, i went through training and it went very well i was able to finish everything in one day though there is an option to extend to another day. Am excited and looking forward.
