They don’t verify nurses experience. They send out inadequate nurses with no experience. Communication is nonexistent between staff.
I have worked for AOC for almost 3 yrs now and I love this agency! This agency stresses the importance of education, competencies and training for our nurses so that they are well equipped to deliver a high level of care to the clients we have the privilege to serve. I highly recommend this pediatric home health agency to everyone.
Working for this company has been a nightmare. No one in the office cares about their employees or the patients/families. Stay away!
Went in today for orientation and everybody there is super friendly and you can tell it’s a very friendly environment. Made me feel welcomed as soon as I entered their office. Super excited to come on board and being an Angel of Care.
I've met with Patrick several times and he is amazing. Always has an answere to my questions. He is very informative and polite.
