Quality and compassion should be the standard—not the exception. My client received nursing care from this company, and the experience was deeply disappointing. I wanted to like working here, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The management team was disorganized and often communicated conflicting instructions. There was little to no training provided, and I was expected to "figure things out" on my own with very little support. This company needs work if they want good people to stay around.

everything you don’t need in an employer. seems like you are just another worker to them. been ignored and overworked with no training. if you want just anyone working for your children then okay but if you care i would not hire these people. they did not train before sending out.just dumped on a family and no one called or followed up.

Would give zero stars if I could. Would not recommend working for this agency. Read the lowest reviews for a more realistic idea of what you'd be getting yourself into with Angels of Care.
