Unfortunately I did not have a good experience on the first appointment and I still having problems trying to cancel a service from them. The only phone number listed is busy all the time and takes up to 30 minutes to talk with someone. They only pass the message to the office you went to. Not worth it.
Office staff does not follow up on making appointments for test. Saw doctor first week of Feb. Called office in March to see if they were able to get approval for test. Now I had to call the insurance company for them. Test was approved in March. Now it's the end of April called them again and told them I been approved for test.They said they had not heard anything.Staff could not give any answers.I guess I'm not getting the test. Once again doctors wanting to make money at the expense of the patient.
