I haven't had a problem so far. They already know what I want and how I want my nails, so we are good..
They do great work, but the pricing is crazy. The fees on the wall are never what's charged, it's always way more. I paid $45 for an overlay, two weeks later I was charged $55 for the same service.
Customer Service.Respect.. Bare Minimum. Questionable pricing. My daughter went today to receive a French tip full set. The nail tech charged my daughter card twice. When my daughter asked why the second charge. The nail tech stated $20 $20 $20.The first charged was the actual discussed price.
