I've been coming here for over 10 years and have never had a negative experience. Staff are consistently sweet, polite, patient, and helpful, even when it's busy. It's more of an everyday neighborhood salon than luxury spa, but that's part of why I love it. There are familiar faces and I always feel safe and respected here. Shoutout to Kathy, the owner. This is a longtime Baton Rouge favorite that has earned my loyalty.

I literally will never go to this nail shop again, it was a major disappointment and I’m upset that I never looked at the reviews before coming. I was unsatisfied with my nails after they started chipping the day after getting them done. I communicated this and they refused to give me a refund and take the nails off when I asked. Therefore I will never go to this place again 10/10 don’t recommend!!
