These people are unprofessional. Everytime i have to be at an appointment and it's them it's a issue. They can't accommodate my escort. The woman with the dried up synthetic wig always have an attitude and is extremely rude. Dispatch even worse. Once I know it's these people coming to pick me up I know I should just start walking or make a new doctor's appointment. I would give zero stars

Literally the worse service ever, uber treats you better that’s saying a lot, the drivers are constantly talking to other passengers about each other, they will call you then block your number and say they were there when they weren’t, they pick you up an hr early to leave you in the cold, the vans stink badly. I don’t understand what the qualifications are for hiring but they literally seem to take anyone who walks in, save yourself the trouble.
