brought in a delicate gold necklace for a simple repair, and unfortunately the workmanship was very poor. The soldering at the chain‑to‑pendant connection was excessive and uneven, leaving visible buildup and an unpolished finish that did not match the original construction or the delicacy of the piece. I will now need to have the necklace corrected by another jeweler. Very disappointing experience. Will never come here again
Had a difficult bail on a pendant replaced,resized, and they fixed a different piece of the necklace it was on for 25 bucks. Quick service and they have some really nice pieces in there if you are looking for something new.
No compres ni arreglen nada ahí .se llevo a reparar una pulsera lo hizo alguien de mi familia en la que confio y desde que la vi supe que era otra la mía era tres oros y le han dado una regular con diferente estilo y poco peso al decirle al joyero que no era la misma lo negaron yo tenia 20 años usandola y aparte fotos donde puede ver la diferencia pero allá arriba esta un Dios que todo lo ve .el karma llega antes de ir lean los comentarios que ahi lo estafan a uno .ahi juzguen la diferencia la de fondo negro fue la que ellos... read more
Ponte alerta cuando lleves a reparar tus joyas. Tomale fotos. Revisa que te devuelvan la misma. Que te la pesen. No recomiendo ese lugar. No es confiable.
