In reference of being overcharged at this location, I had looked at a ring on the same day I dropped my bracelet off to be "fixed" (it wasn't actually fixed though). My birthday is coming up so I decided to look at some items that I might add to my birthday "wish list" for my family to purchase for me 🤭 (since they usually gift gold; used to be usually purchased from here). brought in a delicate gold necklace for a simple repair, and unfortunately the workmanship was very poor. The soldering at the chain‑to‑pendant connection was excessive and uneven, leaving visible buildup and an unpolished finish that did not match the original construction or the delicacy of the piece. I will now need to have the necklace corrected by another jeweler. Very disappointing experience. Will never come here again
Had a difficult bail on a pendant replaced,resized, and they fixed a different piece of the necklace it was on for 25 bucks. Quick service and they have some really nice pieces in there if you are looking for something new.
