This business is the most disrespectful culmination of people who have the gall to actually advertise themselves as caregivers for the elderly and disabled. I have had nothing but problems beginning with substandard hygienic care for my senior loved one to outright rudeness including rough handling. Their PSWs are not trained through any accredited program at all so the quality of care is virtually nonexistent. This outfit is a joke. I filled out the forms and made an appointment for cleaning. I emailed specifics, and they said they could do it. They told me they were "looking for someone". It's almost time for my booking, yet I've had no confirmation. My gf just called them to ask what's up. They answered the phone "Hello". My gf thought she had the wrong number.
