I was pressed for time and needed to have my apartment cleaned for move out. Angels Help responded quickly and were very flexible. They were right on time, worked fast, and did a spectacular job. Honestly, the place looked better than when I received it. Nice people too. I'd recommend their services to anyone.
I have tried a number of services in the past in Gainesville but am really grateful I have found Jessie and her team. They are super flexible - it's hard for me to stick to a regular schedule, but they easily fit me in when I reach out. I also need some different things prioritized each time and they easily adjust. Extremely rude and unprofessional. When I originally called the person was very kind and walked me through everything they were going to do. I called back to confirm 06/02 at 4pm and she couldn’t find my information, extremely rude and hung up on me. Don’t book here!
I had just taken over the lease for a 1x1 of someone who had two cats in the apartment and had left it REEKING of cat urine. I got the name of Angels Help from my leasing agent and Jessie showed up only a little over an hour later. They cleaned my ceilings, fans, walls, floors, and more. I can't smell the cat smell at all anymore. Not only that, but they got rid of so much dust, dirt, and fur around the place. They were super nice and easy to work with.
Jessie and her team did a very thorough job deep cleaning our house. They definitely exceeded our expectations! The young women were very hardworking and professional. They came highly recommended by our neighbors and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service as well!
