I have been coming here for 3 years. They are by far the best nail shop around. Always polite and amazing technicians. Awesome free hanh designs that are out of this world . I am forever getting compliments on my nails. Thank you Angel Nails. And Good Morning!
Absolutely terrible customer service. I was waiting for my turn, and instead of respecting the line, they took another customer who came after me. I had already been waiting, and nobody even bothered to explain or acknowledge it. The way customers are treated also seems to depend on how much they tip. If you tip well, suddenly you get much better attention and service. If you don’t, the attitude and treatment are completely different. Every time I come see Dana she gets me right EVERY TIME!! I see her once EVERY 6 weeks! I never have any of my nails break or lift. I’ve been seeing her for almost 7 years. She’s the one to go to. She does eye brows hella fire.
Dana is amazing, great with detail! She is all about customer satisfaction and she’s super sweet. 10/10 recommend to book her!!
I’m not sure if it was a bad day for the staff, or if something was in the air that made them so rude but the whole time I felt extremely uncomfortable with the service. The lady that did my nails repeatedly kept hurting my skin and giggled about it when I’d flinch. She also kept shaking and roughly grabbing my arms/hands. And in the middle of getting my nails done she got mad and left me to go smoke. I have severe anxiety problems and all I wanted was to feel good while getting my nails done.
