Very reliable, very pleased with deliveries done to United States and interstate within Australia. Reasonably priced. Polite and helpful customer service.
Absolutely pathetic service would not recommend this place to anyone. I ordered my gf flowers on Valentine’s Day with a special instruction to be delivered before 12noon not only did they have no clue of the special instruction because they didn’t read it but they still delivered the flowers late after I rang them up to remind them of the delivery time. Then I requested a refund and the lady took my bank details down and said it was refunded to card, so I waited 4 days and no refund appeared in my account, so I decided to go... read more
