This is a new construction house and already have cracked and some of the wood surface not covered. I gave them the opportunity to fix. The owners assistant said" the floor was fine. I have had wood floors for most of my life and have never seen this poor of a job. Also if you a female he doesn't treat you with respect.

I give the low rate because he didn't bother to finish the job. We are left with trim and finishing touches in our entry/stairs that are not complete and missing. His workers lost the trim pieces to our stairwells while renovation was happening. Instead of paying for replacement pieces, Angel puts the burden of finding the trim pieces on us. When we do find them, he expected us to pay for them. He never returned to complete the work. This was just one of several issues we had during the process. Very unprofessional.

We've been working with Angel's Floor Covering for years. As a professional property management agency, it's important to us that we receive good quality product at a fair price, and that the work be done promptly and quickly. The entire team at Angel's has taken very good care of us; account manager Hernan has been especially capable and professional, helping us solve some of the more complex problems that arise in the installation and repair of lino, LVT and carpeting. I have been using Angel's Floor Coverings for many years for both our rental properties as well as for our own home. I heard about Angel's Floor Coverings from a property manager in Santa Rosa. I had purchased a rental property that needed carpeting and interior paint. Based on their very reasonable estimate, I expected that I would be satisfied with their work, but I didn't expect the final product would be amazing. Well, it was!
