I’ve came here before but today they completely messed me up. I asked for a clean up and asked for their opinion on the shape of my brows. This lady offers to give me a clean up then says afterwards we’ll discuss eyebrow shapes. After she cleans up my eyebrows they look completely different. My eyebrow on the left is thinner and has a higher arch than the one on the right, and the lady had the nerve to convince me they look the same! I’m unbelievably upset, because I specifically asked for SYMMETRY. This was disappointing.
