Twice they did not show up for wound care. I called the office to find out what was going on a d was told by Kelly that they don't do wound care they teach you to do the care and that my father could do his own wound care. I've contacted the VA to file a complaint.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I will be filing a formal complaint with the state and CMS against this agency. The nurse, John, is worthless and pointless to have as an on-call nurse. He will do whatever it takes to prevent from going out for an after hours visit. * He told me that they did not have a doctor. I said, that cannot be true. I had a terrible experience today with an Angel Care staff member by the name of Christy. I called in to ask about why the PT Therapy services had not begun for my mother. Her initial evaluation was done 2 weeks previously. The OT Therapy services weren’t provided for two weeks also and no communication was had as to why they stopped the services.
