They do not want to call you back, you have to resend them the same information multiple times, & then wait for weeks. I’ve also worked for AOC & communication just as bad on the staffing side. They are telling families they don’t have staff & then not giving staff shifts to work. We would literally have parents contacting nurses themselves to see if we could care for their child because the agency wouldn’t. What a terrible way to run a business. Things went downhill after management changed. There is a very rude and vindictive admin running the show now. I would not recommend this agency. Choose an agency that values their employees and patients. We plan on ending my grandfather’s service ASAP.
Office staff and management are very unprofessional when confronted with a problem to solve. I do not recommend them as they will not look to solve the problem but rather they cancel their services without regard to the patients care. The problem is they out source their physical and occupational therapies. Which they could not meet the therapy needs for my mother in Fort Worth from Waxahachie. I confronted them on it to do better and they just cancelled with no notice after establishing great nursing care after 6 months. Th... read more
